Gay Beach in Jomtien, Pattaya, Thailand

Dongtan beach at Jomtien, Pattaya, Thailand has a large and popular gay section. This long, gold, sand public beach is 15 minutes away from Pattaya town on the Jomtien seafront where the Pattaya to Jomtien Road (Thappraya Road) meets the Beach Road.

Look for KFC on the corner and the police station on the seafront.

Turn right by the 7-11 and walk along the beach for about 500 meters until you come to the Avalon Beach Resort on the right. Opposite the end of that resort is the area of this public beach that gays tend to use.

The gay area of the beach can be very popular, especially at weekends.

Each section is operated by an individual who will serve food and drinks all day. You pay the bill when you leave, including a charge for using the deckchairs and services.

The beach area in Jomtien is very busy at weekends and some afternoons, and is very cruisy with lots of 'off duty' bar boys showing off their bodies in minimal swim suits, plus loads of other regular gay guys swimming and realxing.

Closed at dusk. No nudity or any kind of sexual activity is allowed here in Jomtien Beach, Pattaya, Thailand.
